Series 820-S Top-Trak™ Flow Monitor measures the mass flow rate of gases in twenty ranges
Series 820-S Top-Trak™ Flow Monitor measures the mass flow rate of gases in twenty ranges from 0-10 standard cubic centimeters per minute (SCCM) to 0-500 standard liters per minute (SLM). The performance of Top-Trak is unsurpassed: accuracy is 2% of full scale (1% available for most ranges) over a wide temperature and pressure range, and time response is 2 seconds to within 2% of final flow.

The new 316 stainless steel Top-Trak is ideal for a complete range of gas flow applications.

Wetted surfaces are 316 stainless steel and Viton® O-rings (or elastomer of choice); all are corrosion resistant. Top-Trak accommodates almost any gas including air, oxygen, process gases, and many corrosive and reactive gases.

The amazingly versatile Top-Trak Flow Monitor digitally displays the mass flow rate directly in SCCM or SLM. The display is tiltable over 180° for easy viewing and can be removed for remote mounting on a front panel. Because Top-Trak can be mounted at any convenient location in your system, you realize substantial savings in installation costs.

The Top-Trak Flow Monitor is a transducer requiring a 12-15 VDC (24 VDC optional) external power source normally provided by the convenient Sierra Power-Pak™ Power Supply, but which also can be supplied by the customer. A 0-5 VDC (standard) or 4-20 mA (optional) output signal linearity proportional to gas mass flow rate is provided for recording, datalogging, or control. A 9-pin “D” subconnector for the output signal, input power, and remote display drive is standard. Top-Trak basic configuration has Parker compression fittings. Compression, VCR or VCO inlet/outlet fittings are available at an additional cost, please inquire.
