Now listed with NSF, Raytek FoodPro thermometers work together to provide a complete temperature monitoring system for foodservice professionals. Instant and accurate infrared (IR) scanning provides surface temperature readings with no danger of cross-contamination while a probe quickly confirms the internal temperature. Raytek proudly presents:
The Raytek FoodPro™ thermometer with instant IR temperature scanner and HACCP Check feature to quickly verify temperatures in or near the 40°F to 140°F HACCP Danger Zone where bacteria grow most rapidly.
The Raytek FoodPro Plus™ thermometer combines the speed, convenience and accuracy of IR temperature scans of food surfaces with a flip-down probe for critical internal readings and a built-in timer to countdown to the next temperature scan.
In addition Raytek is also providing the MiniTemp™ FS — an IR temperature scanner.
